This session explores what data management change actually looks like in practice — not in theory, but in the day-to-day work of building governance, aligning technology, and shifting organizational culture around data. Nonprofits, umbrella organizations, and funders each face this challenge from a different vantage point, with different resources, pressures, and starting points. This conversation will surface the tensions that arise when organizations each want different things from the same data — and how they have navigated that tension in practice.
