Sensemaking for Change: Equity and Action in How We Use Data

Heather McDonald, President and CEO of United Way Greater Toronto, will reflect on how data can shape organizational strategy, priorities, and direction; what it means to centre equity in how we use and interpret data; and how organizations can move from sensemaking to meaningful action.

Following the keynote, Heather will be joined by Stephanie Procyk, Director of Research at United Way Greater Toronto, for a fireside chat hosted by Wilfreda Edward, Executive Director of the Canadian Centre for Nonprofit Digital Resilience. Together, they will bring additional perspectives to the conversation.
